Official Call to Fall Leadership Conference 2012,“South of the C’s”
Dear Fellow Kin;
Please accept this letter as your official call to Fall Leadership Conference 2012.
The Conference will be held over the weekend of Friday October 26thto Sunday October 28that the Best Western Otonabee Inn, 84 Lansdowne Street East Peterborough Ontario.
The conference is being hosted by the Brighton Kin Club.
There is a full registration at a cost of $80 per member, which includes Friday night and Sunday morning. Business will commence at 9:30am on Saturday morning and will adjourn at 5:00pm, with an awards dinner following. Evening entertainment is being planned for Saturday night.
If you choose to participate in the Saturday business only, the cost will be $40.
If you choose to simply join us for dinner the cost will be $40.
There will also be a conference brochure and we would like each Deputy Governor to submit a short report in regards to your zone no later than October10th. Please forward your reports to myself, Governor Ron at ronandsuelaf@eastlink.ca
Your club reports should include some of the following:
• Highlights of your year to date
• Planned club fundraisers, events, etc.
• Plans, events for the remainder of the Kin year.
• Club Accomplishments….
You are encouraged to bring your laptops and external memory storage devices so that you may participate in hands-on educational experiences and have the opportunity to save reports and presentations. Copies of the various seminars will be made available to you or we can email you a copy.
We have been planning some essential reports combined with educational workshops to ensure that your attendance at FLC is a meaningful experience.
Your participation will make this conference an enjoyable, educational experience. You are encouraged to share this information with all members of your club.
We are looking forward to an informative and educational weekend.
