- Born to Sherry and Neal Donley in Owen Sound on April 14th, 1976.
- John has 2 sisters (Annette and Lisa) and 2 brothers (Brian and Sean).
- Family moved to Barrie in 1989 and have lived in Barrie for 21 years. John considers it to be his home town.
- Joined Kin in the 2004 - 2005 Kin Year, was club President of the Barie Kinsmen Club for 3 years and have been involved with or chaired all of our clubs projects.
- Was the CF & Service Rep for Zone Mid-Ontario last year (2009-2010) and look forward to representing our Zone as Deputy Governor this year.
I have been very lucky to have made a lot of great friends over the course of my Kin career so far, and look forward to making many more friends as my Kin career continues.
