[edit] Lakeshore Kin Club In Need of Volunteers

Hi All,
This is my second call for help/volunteers/participation in the Southside Shuffle. Please check out their website and click on Art trax for more info on the schedule as well as our location. The website is www.southsideshuffle.com. click on Art Trax.
I had a meeting on Friday night at the Art Trax Gallery and it is a really neat facility. It is an actual art gallery, but they are outfitting it with high top tables, chairs etc. for the SS. They are providing signage to direct people to this new location, so keep your fingers crossed that we will be busy. We have an advantage over the rest of the SS venues...we are enclosed and not out in the open, so if it rains, we're still good! Anyway, the times that people are needed are as I mentioned in a previous email.
If you are working the actual bar (TBD), I need your Smart Serve number and name as it appears on your card for insurance purposes by August 15th. Please give it to me anyways, just in case.
I have had a very small number of responses from our membership so far, so please again, check/change/adjust your schedules and get back to me before August 15th. For those of you that have expressed "an interest", please confirm your dates ASAP. As of August 15th , I will be contacting the Erin Mills Kinsmen, who have graciously offered their assistance.
So lets make it work LKC members! Remember you get a wristband for free entance to the entire weekends' events, plus we increase our visibility in the community, hopefully create some interest in KIN and have a great time too!, Let me know by August 15th!
YIK,
DG Deb
