Fellow Kin of Halton Peel Zone, This is your official call for HALTON PEEL ZONE SPRING CONFERENCE to be held on Saturday March 3rd 2012 at 8:30 AM at the Streetsville Kinsmen Hall, 327 Queen Street South, Mississauga.

As most of you know I have been appointed by the Governor to step in as Deputy Governor to complete the Kin year, thus the conference will be hosted by my home club the Kinsmen Club of Erin Mills.

Our Zone Spring Conference is held every year, to elect a New Deputy Governor and to attend to both Zone and District 8 business. This is also your opportunity to meet with members from other clubs in the Zone and to renew past friendships.

This is where we also compete for Zone Awards, Junior and Senior Bulletin Awards, Service Award, and public speaking. All submissions must be submitted as soon as possible to either me or Past Deputy Governor Deb Corpe, by February 25, 2012.

The Governor of District 8 Kathy Alexander will be in attendance to discuss upcoming resolutions that will affect the future of our Zone and District, as well as candidates for both the office of Governor for next Kin Year and those running for the position of National Director at National Headquarters.

There will also be a presentation on membership and a guest speaker for Service.

Please mark your calendar to attend this conference as it is important for all members of the Zone to be informed and to cast your vote to make your voice heard.
